| I was thinking a good addition would be adding FMA chars for a nice twist, what do you guys think?

As would Fairy Tail, Gantz, and Berserk but I'd rather start off with expansions to gain popularity so if we crash at least we got off the ground XD

| Alrighty.
So it's safe to say that we'll start out with One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Dragonball, and KHR?
Once we get a few chars from their done, then we can go on to other series.
But as far as those series listed above- we'll make some sheets separate from expansions to existing sheets, right? Liek for instance a hawk sasuke and sage naruto?

Yeah although they're going to be edited off of their main sheets and then expanded from there.
One Piece will need a complete overhaul, if we can just expand the sheets past CP9 and in Shabody then worry about the Time Skip from there that'd be sweet.
Bleach can all be done in expansions.
KHR I have no idea as I don't read it :X
Dragonball.....Needs expansions? You think so?

| Uhm, not really expansions of premade sprites. Maybe add supersaiyan 4s and whatnot, but other than that chars like your cell (right?) Other than that sounds good on the op part.
As far as bleach goes, you don't think adding an ulqy and/or grimjow? (or other new people involved? not really caught up in majority of the manga, myself.)

Also, if we're doing Bleach I know Vash32 had a few WIPs of sheets, including Chad and Byakuya. Would you want to see about starting from those or just expanding it all ourselves?

Those are like full new sheets more so than expansions imo so they'll be hard to do.
As for using other peoples work I'm against it unless you get permission from the spriter him/herself.

Oh yeah, I forgot about those! although I do remember that there was always some stuff on the hibari sheet I didn't much care for.
I could possibly offer up a mostly finished Gildarts sheet. sgn asked me to keep it private but if he's ok with it we could use it for this.

That's true, but maybe these characters could be added as komas/supports having one to two moves each. Maybe not supports, but you get me? like showing up randomly as ai? Or possibly a support system (ahh a conundrum) like ssbb trophy system.

Hm.. that's an interesting thought. Gokudera for example would probably be best as a support, since a fighting game usually doesn't mix well with long range characters.
