~RSTH~

Hey guys, welcome to Retro's Spriting Tutorial Hub! -'RSTH' I hope you guys find these tutorials helpful. I will try to keep certain tutorials specific- thus short, so they are easier to follow. However if I tackle a broader topic, expect there to be a lot of boring writing and less awesome pictures (-_-)
Nonetheless, bare with me as I attempt to explain things on 'How I sprite.' This is my way of doing things- and I would like to share them with you guys.
(* Note- this is not the 'right' way of doing things- just my theories on doing them)
Nonetheless here we go.

~How to make a sprite fit a certain style's proportions:
In this tutorial, I lay out very simple ways of spriting to make one of your sprites fit the size requirements of a certain style. I do not go into detail on making the certain styles; I simply refer to size in this tutorial. I give a few simple steps to do so.
Please check it out, and ask if you are confused. I will be more than happy to elaborate.

~How to sprite in 'JUS' (Jump Ultimate Stars) Style *Basic Edition:
In this tutorial, I lay out very simple ways of spriting to make one of your sprites in JUS style. I am aware my sprite may not be exact, but the style is so varied that there is no exact. There are different techniques used for each sprite depending on the characters being sprited. Thats what makes a good sprites- one thats more worried about the 'feel' a certain sprite gives off. Nonetheless, this is the *Basic Edition because I didn't go into much detail. If there are any typos, please forgive me (-_-)

...More to come...
(Request/suggest one if you wish- I'll try to work on at least 1-2, [on average] a week)

Well, I can't do much about that- but I will try to make soem tutorials. But the main way to get better is practice.

I actually use my mouse when I sprite, although I do have skill in drawing so I guess that has something to do with it xD

Anyway, that's actually a pretty damn good tutorial there, Retro! Looking forward to the rest~

For an animator, it is a very vital tool because it allows you to mold your sprites anyway you want(I am an animator, and take pride in being pretty damn good myself...lol I'm so conceited xD)
