Well, try to imagine how it would look like, I know it's difficult for the first times, and it's kinda normal it's hard.
First decide where the light is coming from, and I suggest it's coming from our right side, kind East/ North-east
But when you shade it, make sure you don't just shade via the light source, but also via the cloth. Shading on cloth will look different than on metal for example
Try it out and show the result

Just show what you pulled off, it doesn't matter how bad it would be, but otherwise I can't help you

None of the two, lol, I'm just too new to this that I seriously have no idea where to put the shading. When I make it like I think it's supposed to be it ends up so bad.

Wait, I copied it and zoomed in, and noticed the first problem: lack of contrast
That's one HUGE thing with JUS, you need helluva lot of contrast!
