Still need to fix his feet, they're fucked up. I tried to make it JUS shading but I failed lol... Can someone help me out with that?

| Calm down Sim, it's not like it can't be fixed up. Alright, The biggest problem is probably shading. I can barely even see any shading on the sprite. You also need to work on the head. You shouldn't have the hood just be an oval like that, give it more of a.. um... hood shape. Work on that and then I'll get back to you.

And this is my shading fail:  My friend told me to do it like this, and he says he knows how to shade JUS cuz he learned it from some "expert"

The outline, the proportions, and I have no idea who that sprite should be. Since you call him Scarecrow, I immediately think of batman, but he doesn't remind me of him...

Shading tends to be one of the hardest parts of spriting. Just remember, the light source is the upper left, just shade according to that and then try to take folds in the clothing into consideration.

| Well it is my first actual sprite and according to y'all I failed horribly. IMO I don't really see what's wrong with it except for shading, but okay...
