It's not so much that I can't tell when it's bad. I just recognize when someone did a better job than I could've XD

| That water looks like ice. Water is tricky because of the reflective properties it has, you have the white too elongated on the water imo.
Thus far Brock is the best in both sprite and in effect meaning.

| The water looks pretty good IMO, but maybe you should also remove the outline, and Eater's right about the reflectivity
The fire, yeah, doesn't look like fire at all
