Custom majin vegeta's stance

UPDATE#1(made the pic bigger) this is 95% custom I just use the same head from the vegeta sheet. I created this awhile back, maybe in september. This is my very first custom in Jus, so please critic and comment about my work, thanks.

This stance is from when he turn majin and he was fighting majin buu

The colours are the biggest problem
The blue lacks contrast, so that makes it pretty difficult to see the shading :s
It seems kinda impossibru to me for his right arm to be that high.
I mean, his upper arm can, alright
But I think his lower arm could be a little bit moved downwards, make the angle bigger
Or just move the whole arm a little more down
Or maybe it's just me tongue
His legs do look kinda skinny, though I know that's partly the style biggrin

There is no percentile custom.

It is not '100%' so it is an edit, even if you just used 1 pixel of the original sheet. There is nothing wrong with it, but it CANNOT be considered a custom sprite.

My opinion on the sprite itself however...I'd give it a 3/5 or 6/10

The colors are a large problem as stated above, but I think the hair kills it for me this time. It isn't bad, but it looks too block-y and unnatural, as well as too big. I would suggest using his SSJ hair as a reference.

Otherwise, It isn't bad. I can clearly see the stance you are shooting for and proportion wise I don't think I see any problems.(Aside from the hair)

Anyway, it's really not too bad. You need to lower the right arm like Haku said though.

I do not recall seeing the hair. The FACE, I do. Not the hair though.

ok, I will make the sprite bigger so you can it better, and i'll try to edit his arm soon.

No, I made the body,legs, hands and etc. The only thing I didn't make was the head and the hair, its at the bottom of the vegeta sheet from final explosion.

In paint or gimp or whatever you use to Sprite, make a sphere.

Color that sphere.

Now, choose any side of it. Pretend there is a lightbulb there and everything else is dark. Shade from the light source, dithering helps as well if you do so.
