i think we can all agree that probably noone started as a good spriter  at the beginning we were all noobs  thats also why it is our duty to encourage beginners.

This is true. I might've just given up after the first few times of hearing "AHH KILL IT WITH FIRE" or "MY EYES! MY EYYYYES!" except for the fact that there were a couple people who gave me advice and encouraged me to try again.

But yeah, that's the reason why you can't find many good spriters lately, because people don't care anymore to give critism, and only laugh with the noobs
