The sprite in spoiler no.1 isn't completed so why did you show us? Are you going to finish it?
The sprite in spoiler no.2 has too little shading.
The sprite in spoiler no.3 has no particular direction of light source.
The sprite in spoiler no.4 has no shading.
The sprite in spoiler no.5 has pillow shading, the black outline on it is an outsider, the perspective is wrong, especially the feet, and there is no particular direction of light source.
Despite these mistakes, thanks for posting some sprites.

well i dont even wanted to post my madara sprite i know its not good but i couldnt let it unfinished it was late when i sprited it at that day so i just finished it without thinking about all this things
but thx for the critism

For sprites, and for art in general, it's important that you define a light source
A light source is the place from where the light is coming, and will define how the shading has to look.
If you define a light source, and execute the shading well, the sprite will look more 3D. With that I mean it won't look flat.
Try to imagine that Ulquiora is in a room with only one light, a spot or something. If you change that light of position, the shades on Ulquiora will also change of position, right?

What Haku' is saying is that there is more than one light source. You can only have one. Depending on where the light source is coming from is how you're going to reflect that onto your art.
