| Just to make sure, but did you make the background too?
I guess not, but still.
Overall, it doesn't look bad, but there are mainly two things that bother me
First of all the lightsource. The light seems to be coming from our right, but on his head it looks like it's coming from the left.
Secondly, his head seems kinda pillowed to me. Probably because you wanted to use too many shades.
Other than that, it looks nice. Maybe the foot is a little bit of, and the shading on HIS left arm too, but yeah 
BTW what style is this? Or on what style is it based?

| This is pretty good, Madara~
The only things I don't like are the head band strands-they don't seem natural to me-and the head shading that as said above seems rather pillowed.
Otherwise, I absolutely love that fan!

about the head band strands i can see what do you mean
but i still dont get why this pillow shaded is that bad?

| It's not the pillow shading itself, it's just how it is pillow shaded. Since his mask a circular surface, some pillowing may not be -that- bad. But the shading there contradicts the rest of the shading.
