Like I said, they need some work in several areas, but overall they aren't bad at all. It's very difficult to get a small style like that looking real good.

Follow Sim's advice though, I haven't annnnd my sprites continue to suck HARD until I get off my lazy ass and actually study them! Don't just glance them over otherwise they won't really help all that much.

And maybe you could give the colours a bit more contrast, like hair or so, but since it's your style, I think, it's you choice

| And now for something completely different, well...
Not really, just larger with more detail. I did not feel I could do much with the smaller sprites.
The one with the striped scarf is meant to be the final design, though the shading is a work in progress. I am planning to add a moving scarf tail, His ear will move too.
By the way, Trubbols Worth is an original character, you can find pictures of him(and other cast members I will be spriting) in my deviantart here.

| The sprite with the striped scarf (the one with all the other sprites), seems kinda weird, like he's leaning back too much. This seems better in your latest sprite, the one with the animated scarf. But I think his shoes are waaaaaay to big, in comparison with the rest of his body 
Other than that, it seems nice, especially for the size of the sprites
