Allright guys, I have recently started on spriting the Magic Mirror from Disney/Kingdom Hearts. It's still a WIP, but right now I need some help on the shading. Tips and anything else are welcome. The light source comes from the below the face.

Alright now I can see it. I'm assuming those aren't the final colors? The outline could really be smoothed out some. And when you're switching from differently shaded sections, don't use outlines. Like get rid of that black line across the bottom of his face.

Anti-alias the colors together.

Eh. That means that the colors should fade into eachother right? Like, the yellow on the chin should fade into the green of his face?

maybe it's just me, but the darks seem too dark in places. And yes, you should try to make the colors blend more

Dithering the shades/colors together may enhance it, but I'm not sure.
