| You can compact it a bit by putting them into the already existing sections. Like the Animation forum can go under art and such. I think the video forum is unnecessary, and videos we feel like sharing can go in chat. Actually requests, resources, and tuts could all go in art as well.

Maybe make one section called "other" and have the anime and manga, video games and things not related to spriting in one section, although I feel that this would be expanding the forum too much, at least for Mugenmaster's vision of the forum.
And the rest can actually be put away in other sections...

| Remove Anime and Manga, it's better suited to just post them in the chit-chat as people have already been doing.
Change the Art section name to Media and add Animation Forum back into it.
Tutorial forum to Media section.
Request forum to Media section.
Resources forum to Media section.
Remove video forum.
It pains me to say it but remove the video game forum, all chatter there can be easily done in Chit-Chat.

What I'm saying is that post a sprite that you're working on which you need help with so that you can get helped, and then you'll learn in the process.
