| does a forum bg has to be related to pixle art after all? also gfx can be considered pixle art. the "pixle art" should appear in the banner imo

I mean sprited, sorry. MugenMaster specifically made this site for spriting, so I think that the design should reflect that. I've nearly finished spriting a Banner.
